Well i colored him ^ ^

Hes a bounty hunter as it says, he dosent actually look like that, he wears a helmet.
I will draw what he looks like at a later date.
He has a sniper rifle, various hand guns, a m16 type of gun, explosives.. and some gadgets.

Rhaziel winds up getting bounty on his head, and this guy comes after him,
but i wont give away too many details at this point.
